1. Accounts & Sign-In
- To access some features, you may need to create an account.
- You agree to provide accurate information and keep your login details secure.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
2. Push Notifications
- Our apps may send push notifications (e.g., reminders, updates, offers).
- You may opt out at any time through your device settings.
3. Intellectual Property
- All apps, designs, music, and media are owned by Eze Wan Design.
- You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use our apps.
- Unauthorized copying, modification, or redistribution is prohibited.
4. AI-Assisted Content
Some content (e.g., devotionals) may be AI-assisted. It is provided “as is” for personal and inspirational use. It is not professional advice.
5. Purchases, Subscriptions & Refunds
- Purchases and subscriptions are handled through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Refunds follow their policies.
- Merchandise purchases require accurate shipping and payment details.
6. Services (UX/Product Design)
For design services, separate contracts or statements of work govern scope, deliverables, and ownership.
7. Third-Party Services
Our apps and site may link to third-party services. We are not responsible for their practices.
8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
- Services are provided “as is.”
- We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Illinois, USA.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Updates will be posted with a new effective date.
